Client details stay in this browser. InvoiceSafe doesn't receive or store them on a server. They may be lost if you clear your browser data; export a backup regularly.

About InvoiceSafe
Get to a finished invoice fast. No account, login or paywall is required to create, save and download invoices. Setup is optional.
Our plan is to keep core invoicing free, supported by optional donations, future ads and optional premium extras such as analytics. Those extras are not yet available.
In this local-first version, invoices, sender details, clients and jobsites are stored in your browser. No automatic cloud copy is created. Export a JSON backup and keep it somewhere safe.

Remove invoices, profiles, jobsites, settings and drafts from this browser. This cannot be undone without a backup. Other browser profiles and copies you exported are not affected.
Interface
This changes the interface only. Invoice documents remain in English.
Invoice defaults
Rates depend on province, state, transaction and tax registration status. Select your jurisdiction and enter the applicable rate; the country selector doesn't calculate tax automatically.
