Jobsite information is saved in this browser only, not sent to InvoiceSafe servers. Existing invoices retain their own jobsite names even if you later edit or delete a saved jobsite.
Clients
Save contact details for quick reuse when preparing invoices.
Client details stay in this browser. InvoiceSafe doesn't receive or store them on a server. They may be lost if you clear your browser data; export a backup regularly.
Settings
Set your defaults for the dashboard and new invoices.
Storage & recovery
Your data stays in this browser. Export JSON backups regularly, especially before clearing browser data or switching devices.
IndexedDB stores records in this browser; no cloud copy is created. JSON backups are not encrypted.

Remove invoices, profiles, jobsites, settings and drafts from this browser. This cannot be undone without a backup. Other browser profiles and copies you exported are not affected.
Interface
This changes the interface only. Invoice documents remain in English.
Invoice defaults
Rates depend on province, state, transaction and tax registration status. Select your jurisdiction and enter the applicable rate; the country selector doesn't calculate tax automatically.
